I applied online, the recruited contacted me during the interview he sets up another interview the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager and the team memeber went well as long as they are asking questions about the projects I have worked on. However, they have some speific questions and they expect you need to be work to word accurate what they are thinking. This is in my view stupidity as there are multiple methods to solve any problem. It is so unfortunate that teams are not uptodate with the wireless technologies and hardly knows what is beamforming and precoding etc. Just skip these teams if you are really technical there is no use to work for this company.
