Applied via their website. I was contacted about a week later by HR, asking me to take an online quiz. I took the timed quiz, and noted that it had a security flaw that would allow the taker to spend longer than the allowed time, and still make it appear that they had completed it on time. I also mentioned to HR that their newsletter signup form (on the top right of every page) was broken and that they have numerous missing images throughout their site. HR scheduled a second phone interview with me. He never called. I emailed him and he said the wrong employee had been scheduled to do the call and simply hadn't told anyone. My next phone interview was with a technical employee. The questions we all based on languages that were not part of the job I was applying for. It's hard to answer questions, when you've never worked with the languages being used in the interview.
