Spoke a few minutes over the phone with HR which included general screening questions: "Why do you want to work for us?", "Tell me a little bit about a recent project.", etc. Passed this and scheduled another phone interview with my potential supervisor. This was a bit longer, 30 minutes or so and was about 60/40 between basic technical questions and the standard interview fare. The person sounded extremely worn out and was not very dynamic. It was clear by the end that they were looking for someone with a different skill set than mine and I was told I'd receive a call back within two weeks. About a week later I received the call from HR as expected and they confirmed my suspicions.
