You get three interviews and honestly you don't get told what exactly you are going to be doing till the end of the 2nd interview. It's a multi-level-marketing. They sell you on these big dreams and how you can make it to the top. If you sit back and actually listen to their pitch you'll start to realize they are just selling you on a false dream. The minute you start questioning them though is when they start getting rude and aggressive. I was offered the job but once I declined it was when they got rude and try to bully you into taking it. It gets really uncomfortable real quick,
