I was contacted by the recruiter the next day after submitting online. I was sent the assessment test to complete. Once I completed the assessment, the recruiter set a time for a video call. When I met the recruiter online he said I knocked the assessment out of the park. The recruiter had me retake the assessment while he sat quietly apparently watching me to validate it was truly me the first time. Odd experience to say the least. Standard interview questions, nothing interesting. At the end of the interview I asked the recruiter if I could clarify anything in my experience and he said no, my experience was exactly what they were looking for and I would hear from the hiring manager by end of day most likely. I never heard back from anyone, not even a reason as to why. RUN from this place, the circus they expect of candidates & to be told I'm an exact match then to crickets is beyond poor form. Glad I saw the red flag early on!
