The interview was conducted by a board of 3 people and it was pretty formal and serious in nature. Although, they were very friendly and made the process smooth, the interviewers even shared a lot about their planning experience so it felt educational and fulfilling in a sense!

Occupational Testing (Verbal, Numerical and written) Face to Face interview with a panel of 3/4. The occupational testing is with their HR team and then the face to face interview is with the senior officers/managers. This is all in 1 day, and took 4-5hrs in total.
