Submit resume online or apply online. Someone from HR will give you a call if they feel you are an ideal candidate. You will meet with HR and someone from the dept you are applying for. HR will review benefits they offer and the person from the dept will discuss what the open position entails. They will give you a call either way to let you know if they are prepared to offer you a job or not.
