I applied via LinkedIn. Got a response a few days letter via email asking for me to come in. Came in and went through the first interview process, basic questions. Got a call that day inviting me back the next day for a full day hands on interview where you shadow a preexisting employee. Not an office job, they drive around in their cars which they are not compensated for gas over. The day that you are shadowing is not paid and not a “couple of hours” as what was stated in the email but in reality all day. You have from 9-5, see as many people as you can. The company is based on numbers ofc. After a year you get your own office and team is what I was told. It took the person I was shadowing 3 weeks to get promoted. 20-40 people working in that department, most people don’t last a year. We went to every single business we could possibly find, including Popeyes. People will ask you to leave their store/call security/etc.. part of the job.
