1. Online question with job submission
2.Called back for Interview in late afternoon ~4pm
3. Interviewed by a four person panel.
4. They will contact you if you are selected with an offer again via call around ~4pm
5. If not selected historically they have been known to drop all contact so be proactive if you make it to step 3.

I was already hired before I walked in the door. They knew the people they wanted. Administrators where in panic mode as they knew that they where losing 1/3 of their people due to retirement in 5 years and it takes at least that long to make an instrument tech.
