This was my very first internship interview and it didn't go a well as I hoped. I was interviewed by three people. Two were technical employees, an electrical engineer and a civil engineer, and the third employee was HR . They asked me to talk about in depth about challenging projects I've had, how I resolved difficulties when working in groups, and my involvement/work experience listed on my resume. At the end, they gave me time to ask them any questions. I highly recommend reviewing the projects listed on your resume so that you're able to talk about them in depth during the interview. I would have rated the interview average difficulty if I had better prepared for the behavioral questions. I am currently waiting to hear back from Edison at the end of November. My interview was early November.
