There was an initial phone screening with someone from HR, then a Skype interview with 2 of the people on the team and the last was on-site with 2 managers and another person on the team. The HR coordinator would respond promptly with any questions. Everyone who interviewed me was very polite and professional.

The interview process consisted of a panel interview with four team members. The conversation lasted about an hour and included mainly behavioral questions. Each interviewer asked questions about different aspects of my background, including academic projects, teamwork experiences, and how I approach safety problems. The interview was conversational but structured, with follow up questions based on my responses.

The process was professional and straight to the point. They screen and make sure you hit all the requirements initially before moving you onto the next phase. Phone screen is about 5 minutes, very quick.
