First round interview was through skype with 5 other people, 1 from HR I think. This was a month after I submitted my application. It was all behavioral questions for first round. I got an email for the second round roughly one and a half months later and interviewed on site. It was mostly behavioral questions, but there are also questions regarding company values and the specific department.
