submit an application to the office, depending on your class schedule and how much hours you'll be able to work they will give you a call. Heard about the job through a friend who used to work in that office and they wanted someone immediately. it really depends on the office.

It was an easy personality match interview with the head of the department and a current worker. They have some questions about your availability and the flexibility of your schedule.

Entrevista
It is best to know someone an employee or an alumni who is in close contact with the administration. I got in through a referral from an employee who my friend had worked with. The hiring process is not tedious. It is very direct. The chances of rejection are minimal. You do have to show up on time and dress properly. They will ask very reasonable and practical questions unlike a lot of philosophical answer requiring companies.

Based upon the job description, questions were asked if I was able and willing to work in those environments. Everybody was very friendly and acceptive of me. There were also a few questions about my qualifications and achievement.
