This is the 2nd time this role has been re-advertised in half a year. If you are not white , don't bother applying, they only hire white candidates even if you more than qualified for the role. The interviewers also keep candidates waiting for months before providing any updates. Classes of different levels and years were combined in this school due to miserable enrolments. It is not surprising that the turn over rate is so high.
