The interview was terribly organised. Everyone went in for a test together at 10am, which is fine, except some people then had to wait around until 3pm for the interview. This could have been easily avoided by running the tests throughout the day individually. They were running 40 minutes behind before the first person even went in. Very uncomfortable, very badly organised. Bit of a circus and I've ever had such an unprofessional first impression of a company! I assume I didn't get the job as nobody ever got back to me on whether I was successful or not, and it's now been 3 weeks. If I had of been offered the role I would have declined based on the experience I had with the interview process. The people interviewing weren't very welcoming or friendly and came across quite distracted in all honesty.
