Multiple phone interviews all lasting about 30 minutes each. Followed by an in person interview that I was told was "the next step" that I had to drive multiple hours for. Instead I got asked all the same questions again. Completely wasted my time. Learned afterwards that they had no intention of filling the position as it was listed.
