      Entrevista

      I got an initial phone based on my resume on job board (I think). Then the call wherein I was told they had numerous positions but, they were not sure which one I qualified for so they wanted to interview me to see where I would fit in. This is odd because my resume has several job industry specific certifications yet, you are not sure where I fit in? This sounded fishy...so I asked a few questions of my own. I was told they had many clients, I could work my way up through the organization on my own merit and a whole lot of other information that added up to whole lot of nothing! I basically would be doing cold, direct (Read...door-to-door) sales. This is not a problem, I have some sales in my background. I just didn't like how they did not come out and say it. Why not just say "your selling product X door-to-door"? If your not honest about what I am going to be doing, are you going to be honest about how much I am making? And the products you sale had NOTHING to do with my resume, job background or the majority of my experiences. It is a great marketing scheme if your into that type of thing, I know a few people who have be successful at this type of job, I just didn't trust the delivery. I'd rather just sale Mary Kay, used cars or Life Insurance at least they are upfront about what I am doing and how it will be accomplished.

      Dear Reviewer, It interests us how people will write reviews as if they interviewed with the company, even though they never actually came in to our office and met with us face to face. Your entire feedback is based off of a phone experience (perhaps 3-5 minutes) that you had with a recruiter, who for all you know might have been in training or new to the company and unsure how to answer all of your questions. We have zero issue, if you've gone through our other responses on Glassdoor, in providing transparency regarding our client (AT&T), the manner in which we work face to face with their customers (residential based off of leads) and products sold. We apologize if your phone call was an unpleasant experience, but ask that you save reviews about interview experiences with companies that you actually interview with.
