Initial application had a questionnaire that needed to be completed. Then a screening interview with a recruitment agent - this was quite straightforward and insightful, however it was followed up with an online assessment that required you to be on camera with your microphone enabled whilst you answered questions taken from "The 1% Club" (two trains leave the station ten minutes apart, how many sandwiches are there at the buffet, etc). Not sure why this is part of the recruitment process in 2025 but I withdrew my interest immediately

The first shortlist took over a month's time, requested to answer some questions and mentioned will update within the week or early next week. After one week and tried to contact but remains no update after 2 weeks' time.
