Easy and quick initial interview. There were a lot of candidates in the room applying for the same position which was unnerving. During the interview they really tried to inform what the company does / the training it would provide. It was less about me and more about understanding what the company does. I spoke less than the person interviewing me.

Went for an interview in office. Then invited for assessment day which was watching their sales team pester people. Was interviewed again and was told 100% commission salary. Avoid at all costs.
