Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Source Interactive (Jenkintown, PA)

      Entrevista

The interview process is broken down into four parts: initial phone screen, then three interviews that will eventually lead into a potential offer if you impress. I was called the day after I submitted my resume to them through Craigslist. I had an initial phone screen interview with one of the Human Resources people, which was followed up with a pretty quick first face-to-face interview for the next day. I met with one of the managers, who asked me some questions regarding what I knew about the company, why I wanted to leave my current job, and if I had held any leadership positions in the past. He said I'd be called if I was selected to move on to the second round, which I got later that day. It was scheduled some days out. Second was more in-depth, which is when I found out the job title is kinda' false - it's really just a door-to-door sales position. No matter the title, they want all new interviewees to start off entry level, which is sales. They only hire from within for management positions. I felt a bit deceived, since I was not aware of this on the job posting, but stuck it through. This manager explained the position, company, clients, and overall day-to-day operations, and behind the scenes with me. The third, and last, came pretty quickly - just after my second. It's a simple, short interview to gauge if you are still interested in the position. I guess they do this because it's not mentioned in the beginning you'll be spending majority of your time going door-to-door preaching about Verizon, Inspire Energy. I was called later that day with an offer, but I refused.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

What do you know about the company? Why do you want to leave your current job? Have you held any leadership positions in the past? Why are you a good fit? What makes you stand out? Do your research on the company first before going to the first interview and you'll be fine.
