Friendly interviewer with only a couple questions on why you are interested in the role and experience with customer service. Process took around two weeks, but I never heard back from them after in person interview.
Fill out an application for a specific location. You will receive an initial call describing the role and responsibilities, and from there you will be asked to schedule an interview. Depending on the size of the studio, it's likely there will only be one round of interviews. The whole process takes less than 2 weeks.
