Went through 3 rounds, one with HR, one with local SM, and one with someone from HQ. Most of the interview questions were situational scenerios and emotional connection with the company.

There's so many fitness boutiques now... Why SoulCycle?

I had to go through 2 phone interviews, a Skype interview with 3 people, an in person interview with the area manager, an interview with a studio manager and another interview with the studio manager I would be working with which included a shadow shift. The process was long but incredibly easy. I'd like to point out that there was another interview shcheduled that I showed up to early. I waited for a 1/2 hour and even though the woman who was supposed to interview me was upstairs she did not come down and had the front desk staff ask me to reschedule with her via email. She couldn't even tell me herself...should of ended the process there as I had a horrible experience moving forward.

The process took a while, but was worth it! There are definitely improvements that can be made to the spacing of the interviews but everyone is incredibly busy and if you want to work at a fast-paced company, you must accept that you may need to wait a few days for the recruiter to contact you regarding next steps.

Save yourself the time and energy. Perhaps one of the worst interviews I have been on. The whole process took about a month and it seemed like each interviewer was giving different descriptions of the job and training schedules. Throughout my interview process, I was told "When you are the manager" and "When you get selected." The main recruiter did not keep me informed at all during the process (aside from scheduling the interviews) and I had to check in twice to see what was going on as it had been over two weeks since we spoke last. She kept pushing the deadline back and finally I was told they were moving forward with an internal candidate. Super frustrating to even interview external candidates only for an internal one to get the position. Be shock there. I would not even bother with this company.
