My interview was the same as the others already posted. First interview was 10 minutes. They said it was "just to get a feel for me". They called me back later that evening for a second interview. The person assigned to me took me to subway. It was a couple hours long. They don't really lay the job out clearly until the second interview. It's a commission job. Requires traveling to people's homes for sales. All of this was explained during the second interview. If they had explained it clearly in the first interview instead of throwing around buzz words to seem like a big deal then I probably wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs with a second interview. They called and offered me the job the same day after the second interview. I turned down the job.
