First a 30 mins interview with the a recruiter, professional, helpful and very clear, then an online test. I consider the test extremely flawed for the simple reason that I would have done it much better the year I got out of university rather than now, after 8 years of actual developing. It was heavily focused on theory, most questions had no practical relevance. The practice (3 exercises on 52 questions) was extremely easy. Experience not taken in consideration at all.
