Relaxed and fun. The interview questions were the typical ones but Jamie who was interviewing me, made it easy and fun. She was very easy to talk to. Overall the process was super easy and you could pretty much tell whether or not they liked you.

The hiring and interview process was very organized and welcoming. I was pretty surprised with how put together the whole process was. It primarily consisted of a 1:1 interview with the team lead of the serology department.
