Applied online. Recruiter contacted me and arranged the interviews for me. The interview with the hiring manager was pleasant but the stakeholder interview was terrible. The person was so arrogant despite the person having about the same years of experience as me and worst, did not share the same kind of experience/roles but tried hard to behave more knowledgeable than me. There was no closure to the interview process. No follow up whatsoever until close to a month's time I decided to just check in to find out their hiring decision. That's when they said they have decided to go with another candidate. Please have the right process on informing candidate if they are not chosen. And when someone writes you a thank you note, please have the basic courtesy to acknowledge one's sincerity. It's a blessing in disguise. Can't imagine working for people who have no basic communication/interpersonal skill. That makes working suck, eh.
