Applied online, received a call from a recruiter very quickly, went to an in-person interview soon after. Interviewed in front of one person. Recruiter was unprofessional and seemingly unprepared. He misspelled my name in emails, sent me information for a different position after we talked on the phone, and "helpfully" sent me topics to prepare for that were never touched on in the interview. Interviewer was pleasant and nice. Other than being thrown by questions I hadn't prepared for, it wasn't a bad interview. I would have left with a good impression if I hadn't gotten an unsettling answer to a question I asked. I hadn't seen any women when I entered the office for the interview. When asked if there were any female developers, the response was cagey: "it's illegal for us to tell you that information." Kinda creepy!!
