First apply online and upload your resume. Then I received an invitation to interview. The interview focused on my experience and insights into the field I was applying for, as well as my motivation., there were not many technical questions.
Within two weeks of applying, I got a rejection.

Experience, motivation, what do you want to achieve during the internship
The interview was very easy after around an hour of prepping, the interviewers are very chill and asked about my CV more than anything plus a few technicals. Be prepared for follow-ups
The interview process was quite smooth. It was an hour face to face interview with 2panels, more conversational than formal. The interviewer mainly wanted to understand my background, my interests in marketing and market research, and what I hope to learn during the internship. I liked that it felt supportive and relaxed, which made it easier for me to open up.
Hirevue type recorded interview with 5 questions asking about music taste and personal strengths. nothing analytical or too in-depth. Questions matched what was online and on glassdoor. Did not hear back after first round.
