The hiring process was relatively quick. Only about a 2-3 weeks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. There was a phone interview and an in person interview. The phone interview took about thirty minutes long, and the in person interview was about forty-five minutes long.
Wasn't too hard bc I got in through a job placement program, so that was a different interview process for me. May differ than ur situation if u directly apply to the company
HireVue felt straightforward but slightly impersonal. Questions focused on motivation and experience. Make sure to practice concise answers and maintain eye contact. Overall, not too difficult—just prepare thoughtful examples and speak confidently.
