After applying, I was invited to complete a questionnaire, then I was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager, and ultimately a panel interview as a final step. While the process was straightforward, I did interview around the time of the Sony summer shutdown which inevitably led to delays in communication and an overall need for constant follow-up for updates on my end. From my interview with the hiring manager, it took six weeks for me to receive a final update from the Recruiting Team that I was not selected to move into the final round of interviews.
