The interview process was fairly standard and overall a very positive experience. The employees were all professional, friendly and passionate about their roles and the company. The only feedback I have is the use of Teams, which is more of a Microsoft, not Sony problem. Every interview on Teams had an issue, every time - from use of universal link to even downloading the app on phone or computer, which caused me to not be perfectly on time. Here was my process: Finding - Saw on LinkedIn Applying - Via Workday platform Response - 2 weeks after applying, recruiter reached out for screening interview Screening - gave a rundown of my work experience and answered a few questions that pertain to the position w/ recruiting partner Interviews - 1. With hiring manager 2. With virtual panel of 5 X-functional teammates 3. With head of department

I can't describe the awful interview process this company has. There are no words! The enormous number of interviews and requirements for presentations without feedback should be embarrassing. The lack of updates unless the candidate themselves follows up.
