All the interviews went within a proper time frame no unnecessary delays. The HR kept me well informed about my next rounds. HR was very prompt with all the reverts for the following rounds.

Without a doubt, the best interview process I've been through: Total time from resume submission to determination on hire was 2 1/2 weeks. Two things stood out to me - First, the Talent Rep Angela was incredible in her communication. She was always quick to respond, answered any and all questions, and had everything lined up faster then any talent rep I've ever worked with. She also spent time getting to know me as a person and professional to help determine if I was a good fit for the team. My resume met the standards, so moving forward it was about the right fit. Second, it was a team mentality. I interviewed first with the Talent Manager Angela, and then went directly to the Senior Director. That interview as well was about 30% resume and 70% "fit" type conversations. After I was given a thumbs up from the Sr. Director, I then did a round with the team. Most of those conversations were around the team mentality. SonicWall didn't waste my time waiting for interviews weeks out. I interviewed with Angela on a Wednesday, the Senior Director on Friday, and the team the following Monday. Their questions were insightful and gave me a great understanding about what the experience of working at SonicWall would be like, not just a speeds and feeds of the product line. Best interview process I've ever encountered in 10+ years in technology sales.
