Very laid back. The manager talked to me like I was her friend and hired me on the spot. Basically asked about what I thought of customer service and asked what I would do in certain situations. She was very nice and seemed to be very down to earth and helpful. She told me to call a couple days later to see when my orientation was scheduled.

Entrevista
It was casual in the store. Pretty easy and relaxed. They are generally short on labor so want people who will show up on time and get to work. Don’t worry about dressing up. Casual is good.
Very quick , they ask simple interview questions. Like what experience do you have. How long have you been working. If you have customers service experience. They also want to know if you have worked in the fast food industry.
The interview process was very quick and easy. The interviewer told me quite a bit about the company and what they had to offer. They also included benefits and the pay rate
