I applied via University portal. First round was general behavioral questions followed by an onsite interview at their facility in Charlotte. General about how will you tackle unknown project and so on were asked. The onsite interview was sort of technical/general knowledge based. I liked that they gave me their machine to play with for 10-15 mins and asked the observations. Rather than 'what' you know they see 'how' you learn.
