Getting to know me as a person and my goals. Then they asked general interview questions. Requested to take a personality test. There were two interviews: the first one with the director of operations and the second one with the founder.

Straightforward with the usual, generic interview questions. Less focused on photography knowledge and skills, and more related to soft skills and past experience. Interviews seemed pretty back to back, when I walked in one was leaving and as I left, the next was waiting. Seems like a cool, fun, young company - but like many start-ups, there may be some growing pains.
