Disrespectful. Automatic rejections exist since decades and in the current era of IT technologies, it’s even more unacceptable to not receive any information about an application. Applications take time and the obvious disrespect shown to candidates gives some hints about how employees could be treated. Finally, I haven’t lost anything.
