Not thorough at all. Didn't ask many questions or explain the role well. They did not go over growth or the direction of the company. Would have preffered a better overview of what I would be doing and the training I'd be giving.
Interestingly, anyone we hire for this position would have gone through three different interviews, including a competency test. However the follow up interview with the senior management focused more on me as a person than work which was an amazing change of pace
