The interview process took two months to complete, during which I had both an HR interview and a technical interview. The position required first attending their course, which would involve up to 20 hours of learning per week. I confirmed that I could manage this, and specifically asked if recordings of the lectures would be available; the response was positive. I was later informed that I had been shortlisted for the position, and we even discussed the possibility of early employment. Everything seemed to be going well until, out of nowhere, I received a rejection email, citing my inability to always attend the lectures as the reason—since, apparently, recordings would no longer be available.
