Did it over the phone. The interviewer spent a lot of time at first intriducing the plant and role expectation. Then start asking questions. Questions include both behavioral and technical. There are opportunities at the end to ask the interviewer question, too.
It was smooth and well-organized. After applying online, I received a phone call about the final interview and scheduled that a couple of weeks in advance. The interview itself composed of two people, the manager of the plant and another employee, and they were courteous and helpful in regards to explaining the role that I would play in the company through the co-op.
