Applied through my university for my sandwich year placement. The process involved three interviews, with an initial CV screening. Around 1000 sciences, geography/environmental science students were considered for the role, and screened after the 1st interview. The second interview happened at university as well but with a representative from the company. After the second interview, the third happened at the Warrington plant with the environmental specialist and the head of the laboratory team. After the final interview, we completed a hazard awareness test and a theoretical test, which involved math questions and some technical problems (not too advanced).
