Smooth and on time. HR were nice and friendly, Easy to get comfy with. Senior Dev who interviewed me is also kind. Interviewed me with bunch of technical questions including a live coding exercise.

I interviewed as a contractor for my agency. They give you a coding test first, followed by a technical knowhow interview, and then finally job offer. It's a pretty straight forward process.
But be warned though... SXI isn't a very good company.

Typical springboot related questions, oop, what java versions you have used, etc.
They are good at communicating. They would not pressure you for having an interview because they took it professionally. I actually enjoyed the conversations that are like we are friends.

They asked me that's if it's okay to have a bond for 3 years and after the separation cannot be applied for a 1 year having the same business operations or activities or such.
