First Step was Skype Interview with HR. They are not punctual, interview started 15 mins after the scheduled time. After passing the interview they have asked me to complete two technical tasks and submit within 4 days. Task was to create two iOS apps with almost all the functionality. I've completed it and shared my code within the specified time. There was no reply from their side after that. I waited for 2 days and sent a mail for update. After an hour they replied back "You are not selected" without saying any reason. I've sent a reply to provide the reason for the rejection, but no response from them. I suspect that they are using interview candidates for completing their projects. After getting source code they are rejecting them. My reason for believing this: 1) Gave requirement for two apps with full functionality to implement 2) After getting source code, no communication from their end 3) From the beginning itself, it doesn't feel like an interview
