I was contacted by Solugenix HR Team for Senior Oracle DBA profile on 28th Aug 2020 via email. We had discussed job position and my profile details on 2nd Sep 2020. Later my interview was scheduled (Microsoft Teams Video) for the 1st round of technical discussion on 4th Sep 2020 and cleared the same. 2nd round of technical discussion scheduled on 8th Sep 2020 and re-scheduled to 9th Sep 2020 due to panel unavailability. had cleared successfully on 9th Sep 2020. 3rd round of interview with Director scheduled on 11th Sep 2020 and cleared the same. 16th Sep 2020 Hr called me and greeted me that i cleared all rounds and need to send documents (Education, Work Exp, Certifications etc) for validation and all docs sent by EOD. HR called me and informed that Director round is cleared and selected for Lead DBA position. Also confirmed that offer discussion with HR Manager will be done next week - updated on 18th Sep 2020. I waited for HR to come back. however, i did not get any call for next 10 days and i see that HR is not responding to my calls. Upon 2-3 times i reached HR, Finally informed me that Director is sick with Covid-19 and offer is on hold until further notice and also got feedback that i may look into other opportunities. This is my pathetic experience with Solugenix India. My Assumptions are:- 1) If they are recruiting people with out project SOW signed is very bad and wasting my time and urs. else 2) Are they misusing my education/experience/ID proof (Scanned copies of Original) documents for other purpose - Am little worried about it. I strongly do not recommend this company and please do not send any docs without offer is released.
