We certainly didn't give you any pending task from current project with the intention to complete the project work. we didn't get enough confidence that you will be right fit for TL position and hence we had to call you multiple time. Unfortunately, it didn't work out in the end but we would like to be 100% sure that we are hiring the right person who could spend next couple of years to help us addressing clients requirements.
