They will discuss details of the company, what they do, how they do it, why they do it, but give little practical information about the responsibilities until after you've been hired.

first interview with the founder, she just asked common interview questions (skills, experience) .The first interview is about 10-15 mins. If the owner is interested in you, you will get a second interview with the sales team. The sales team will tell you what they are currently selling and test if you fit their team (second interview was about 40 mins) If you are not hired, they even won't email you or call you to reject.......
