First interview: I had a phone interview with an HR representative. It was straightforward and efficient, during which she clearly explained the role as well as the benefits offered by the company. Second interview: I met with the Sales Director and the Projects & Offers Manager. This one-hour interview included both behavioral questions and situational case discussions. Third interview: A technical interview, also one hour long, where I was evaluated on my ability to present a request for proposal (RFP) in English, which had been shared with me the day before.
