I had an initial phone interview with a project manager. This was followed up by a second phone interview with a technical staff. Then I had an in-person interview with various team members both individually and in groups. I found the people to be friendly. The office is nice and clean near lots of coffee shops and places to eat.

Interview included detailed and open-ended technical questions on .NET and SharePoint technologies. Example questions include: What is Reflection and how would you use it? Name the different authentication methods in ASP.NET. What is a WSP? How would you build a WSP? There were also various scenario based questions.
