What stood out to me was that the recruiter was relaxed and encouraging, and the conversation felt informal, more like getting to know each other rather than following a strict structure. Communication afterward via email was also very responsive. After the screening, I was informed that the team was preparing for a large conference, so the technical interview was postponed. Because of this, the overall process took a bit longer than usual. The technical interview itself allowed the use of AI tools, with the main focus on how I think and approach problems rather than how I write code. The task lasted about two hours and was structured as a pair programming session. I received the job offer just a few days later, and the rest of the process went very smoothly.
