Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Solera (Westlake, TX) en mar 2022
Entrevista
Phone screen with a recruiter, which goes just as you'd expect. A cognitive and personality assessment shortly after, not too hard. Then the real fun happens! The final interview is with two managers, but instead of an interview it plays out like a half-baked good cop/bad cop routine. One manager was level headed and easy to talk to, the other manager will ask you condescending and unprofessional questions. Make sure to check their LinkedIn profiles before going in because I noticed the "bad cop" lied about being at the company for 3 years when they've only actually been there 6 months... if being talked down to is a professional goal of your's I would highly reccomend Solera!
The interview process was too long. When she explained the steps to me, I was already overwhelmed by the numerous stages, which would take about a month. After that, there would be a long onboarding period. I also received a test assessment, which was easy but time consuming, and included tedious logic questions. Eventually, I decided to give up. The hiring process was not engaging, which might suggest that the company is not very engaging and definitely not for me.

I went through two rounds of interviews at Solera. The first round was with the recruiter. The second round was with two sales managers. It was an easy process with them.
