I attended the first round of interview,all went well almost I solved all problems. It was scheduled for 1hr but interviewer took 1 and half an hour. I got negative feedback from hr . I didn't understand why he extended 1 hr interview to 1.5 hr then giving negative feedback.1 hr is enough to understand that is candidate good fit or not?

It was the easiest interview I have ever been on. Even though I've applied for the position of lead developer, rarely would I get asked any meaningful technical questions throughout the process. Could be a good thing, as they might have just been looking for personality traits, however I feel like a developer interview should be a bit more technical.
